Recently refurbished, delightful country cottage on a working sheep and beef farm located 12kms from Waipukurau. Paratu Farm Cottage is in a very quiet location with the option of strolling over the farm for the more energetic. Basic pantry items supplied in the cottage AND a Nespresso coffee machine. Have recently added an Air Fryer to the kitchen.
Waimarama Beach is approx one hour and 20mins away. Porongahau, Pourere and Shoal Beaches are approx 50mins away. Hastings and Havelock North are approx a 45min drive. Napier Airport is an hour.
Winter Heating- There is a log burner in the cottage that will heat the whole house. There is also plenty of firewood on hand to keep it going for you, for colder weather.
